Key Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries about insurance policies, claims, billing, and more
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Provide clear, friendly, and accurate information to assist customers
• Offer personalized guidance to help clients understand their insurance options
• Collaborate with your team to support agency goals and ensure customer satisfaction

• Must have or be willing to obtain Life and Health license
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
