ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I launched my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 20 years in retail business management, building my career around serving others and leading teams. I studied Business Management at Lane Community College and am married with four children. Outside of work, my family enjoys board games, bike rides, camping, and spending time outdoors.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
