I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 20 years in educational sales, where I developed a passion for building relationships, helping people, and providing exceptional service.

Giving back to the community is important to our agency. We regularly support local organizations through sponsorships and volunteer efforts, and we enjoy being involved in the communities we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Kari Van Ert - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
