Primary Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, take and relay messages for employees, and route telephone calls to appropriate parties.
• Greet visitors and callers, ascertain names and organizations represented and notify appropriate employee of visitor arrival.
• Issue safety glasses and name tags to visitors.
• Direct visitors to desired location.
• Support to other Departments - Perform a variety of routine typing and clerical duties for other departments as needed.
• Miscellaneous tasks such as maintain internal telephone directory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer skills, including Excel preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
