Receptionist- Full time
Excavating & Elite Solutions is an industrial general contractor specializing in telecom network infrastructure. We're seeking a professional, bilingual receptionist to join our Tucson office and serve as the welcoming face of our team! About the role: As our receptionist here at Excavating & Elite Solutions you'll be the first point of contact for our clients. vendors, and file personnel. you'll play a key role in maintain smooth office operations while supporting our fast-paced construction environment.
Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors amnd direct them appropriately
Answer ad route incoming calls with professionalism
Manage scheduling meeting coordination, and office calendars
receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
Compose and send professional emails and handle voicemail response
Receives direct tasking to assist with project execution including paperwork, and documentation support
Maintain digital and physical filing systems with accuracy and efficency
coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional service to our clients
Position reports to the Regional Manager.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Strongly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organazation abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior experiences in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Familiarity with construction or telecom industry a plus
