We are seeking a friendly, organized and dependable receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will help create a welcoming and efficient environment while supporting daily front desk operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Verify patient information and insurance details
  • Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
  • Collect copays and process payments
  • Respond to patient questions and assist with general office needs
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Qualifications:
  • Previous receptionist, customer service or medical office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer and phone system proficiencu
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
