Receptionist

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Hiring Range: $38,000 - $44,000

 

Davenport’s Virginia Beach Branch is seeking a full-time Receptionist. The ideal candidate serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors in a financial office while performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and customer service duties. This includes managing incoming calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining client records, preparing, and processing paperwork, handling correspondence, and supporting branch daily office operation; Ensuring accurate data entry, filing, document management, mail distribution, and office organization while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information; And providing exceptional client service and contributes to the efficient operation of the office through strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
