Receptionist

Craig Bagley - State Farm Agency, located in Weatherford, TX has an immediate opening for a Receptionist - Team Member. No insurance experience is required as we will train the right person with the right attitude.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
• Manage incoming calls
• Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

You will receive:

• Starting hourly pay $17 - $21 depending on experience

Ideal Candidate:

• Must be able to commute to local office in Weatherford, TX
• Prior professional office experience preferred
• Comfortable with technology
• Experience with Word and Excel is a plus!
• Strong phone contact handling skills including making outbound calls and active listening
• Genuinely excited to help customers
• Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative; loves to talk
• Ability to empathize with and advocate for clients when necessary
• Strong Problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
