Position Overview

The Greeter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to making our clients feel welcome at the dealership.  The hours for this position are:  Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10:30am-8:00pm; Wednesday 9:00am-6:00pm; Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Who would I interact with?

This position interacts daily via inbound/outbound calls with Clients, as well as, direct interaction with the Sales team and Service team, just to name a few.  

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Warmly greet all clients, vendors, and other visitors that come into the showroom.
• Use a multi-line phone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate party.
• Process receipts for transactions in the sales department.
• Handle paperwork for accounting functions for dealer trades performed by the sales department.
• General office duties such as emailing, copying, filing and faxing.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and driving record check
