Dental Receptionist / Patient Coordinator (Part-Time to Full-Time)
About Our Practice

We are looking for a dedicated team player to be the face of our practice and help us continue providing exceptional care.
The Role
This position is Full-Time. We offer flexible hours and are located in a convenient area with easy access.
Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Concierge: Greet our loyal patients warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle all phone and email inquiries with a professional, friendly demeanor.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and optimize the daily schedule for doctors and hygienists to ensure a smooth patient flow.
  • Insurance Coordination: Verify dental insurance benefits, submit and track claims, and explain coverage clearly to patients.
  • Treatment Planning: Assist patients in understanding their recommended dental procedures and discussing financial options or co-pays.
  • Office Support: Maintain accurate digital patient records (HIPAA compliant) and assist with light administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Previous experience in a dental office is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and various insurance plans.
  • Customer Service: A natural "people person" with outstanding communication skills and a patient-first attitude.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in dental practice management software Open Dental is a plus.
  • Reliability: We value our long-term team and are looking for someone seeking a stable, long-term career move.
