Emco Wheaton Retail Corporation, Wilson, North Carolina, a manufacturer of products for the petroleum equipment industry, is seeking a Full Time Receptionist. If you have a strong communication and computer skills, we would love to talk to you!
Job Requirements:
- Manage and transfer internal and external calls.
- Greet visitors and assist them with their inquiries.
- Perform data entry functions as directed by supervisor.
- Assist sales with scheduling training events and communicating schedules to participants.
- Work closely with production leaders to print pamphlets, labels, etc.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience answering and routing calls is preferred.
- A solid knowledge and background utilizing Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A resilient and high-energy personality.
