Summary The part-time Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for fans, guests, sponsors, and staff entering the ballpark and front office. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, answering phones, and helping create a welcoming and professional atmosphere on game days and non-game days.

-Greet and assist visitors, fans, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
-Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
-Assist with ticket inquiries, promotional information, and general ballpark questions
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
-Log incoming player package deliveries
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
-Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects
-Assist with game day operations and fan experience initiatives as needed
-Monitor office supplies and communicate restocking needs
-Provide exceptional customer service while representing the organization positively
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email platforms
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season
Previous customer service or office experience preferred but not required
Education and/or Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Hours
This position would primarily work 10am to 3pm Monday through Friday, though hours vary according to the game and event schedule. Maximum of 30 hours per week.
