As Receptionist, you’ll manage the front desk, greet guests with a smile, and provide support to both residents and staff. You’ll help with phone calls, scheduling, and light administrative tasks, all while creating a welcoming and organized environment.

Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet visitors

Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and determine purpose of call and transfer call

Take and deliver messages

Provide general administrative and clerical support including scanning, faxing and copying to management

Maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently asked questions

Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

Receptionist Qualifications and Skills:

Must have at least 2 years clerical experience

Computer and software skills

Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them

Must have good verbal and written communication skills

Must have great organizational skills

Must have great customer service and interpersonal skills
