BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Leasing Recertification Specialist to support a residential community in Carol Stream, IL. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong leasing, compliance, and system experience.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay

• $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Manage resident recertifications and lease renewals
• Maintain accurate resident files and required documentation
• Utilize Yardi and Rent Café for leasing, reporting, and resident communication
• Ensure compliance with company policies and program requirements
• Provide professional customer service to residents and onsite staff
• Assist with general leasing and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or recertification experience required
• Yardi and Rent Café experience required
• LIHTC experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
