Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our New Bedford office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the company
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
• Utilize recruitment software and tools to track and manage candidate information
• Attend job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Spanish and English - Required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of successfully filling various positions within a company
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Proficient in recruitment software and tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
