Job Description:

To monitor and ensure accuracy of banking activity and other general ledger reconciliations.

Type of Recruitment:

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Considerable knowledge of financial accounting and general ledger reconciliation. • Considerable knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and their application to fund accounting. • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. • Ability to analyze research and compile data and develop a variety of fiscal reports. • Considerable knowledge of automated financial systems. • Demonstrated ability to use a variety of PC-based word processing and spreadsheet software such as MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access.

• Some general accounting experience. • Additional Considerations: • Supplemental knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, licensure, certification, and some Banner experience. • Considerable knowledge in accounting and finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Conditions of Employment:
