Reconciliations Corporate Actions Specialist - Advanced

Job Title:  Dividend and Bond Payments Contractor
Location:  Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
 
Daily Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for reviewing reports and taking a specific action to confirm and modify data points related to payment activity. A variety of tasks will be performed throughout the day including data entry, research and reconciliation, customer service and issue resolution as well as project work as assigned
 
Must have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or at least 2 years of work experience in the financial services.
• High level of attention to detail, analytical and reasoning skills.
• Ability to gather and analyze information and then make an appropriate decision for action.

• SIE or Series 99 or 7
• Previous experience in payment processing or wealth management operations.
