# Job Description: Reconditioning Cutting Tools Technician
We are looking for a Reconditioning Cutting Tools Technician to work onsite at a customer location to increase profitability by building a value-based proposition through on-site customer test data collection. The successful incumbent for this role will be able to bring profitable growth, exceed GSR gross sales revenue target by offering high-performance solutions at identified cutting tool end user accounts.
