Job Summary
DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Reconstruction Superintendent to partner closely with Reconstruction Project Managers, the Project Coordinator, vendors, in-house crews, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly. In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure the right materials are on-site at the right time and that workmanship meets DRYmedic's quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Source, transport, and stage job materials; oversee receiving, inventory, and distribution of materials and equipment to crews and subcontractors
- Conduct routine job-site visits and review project files/progress notes to support on-schedule, on-scope completion
- Coordinate with multiple Project Managers to verify quality standards, resolve field issues, and provide clear written and photographic progress documentation
- Serve as the on-site point of contact when needed meeting with clients, vendors, adjusters, and subcontractors on behalf of the Project Manager
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on construction experience
- 2+ years of foreman-level (or higher) leadership/supervisory experience
- IICRC certification preferred (a plus)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
- Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday
