We are seeking a motivated and organized Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and light commercial reconstruction projects within a growing restoration company. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of project management, construction, or restoration industry experience who is looking for long-term career growth and advancement opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, operational organization, and the ability to manage reconstruction projects from estimate through completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential and light commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, materials, and project timelines
• Review and create estimates using Xactimate
• Communicate directly with homeowners, adjusters, property managers, and insurance carriers
• Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, schedule, and budget expectations are met
• Oversee project documentation, supplements, change orders, and job updates
• Maintain strong customer communication throughout the reconstruction process
• Collaborate closely with mitigation teams, estimators, and operations leadership
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Assist with budgeting, project profitability, and production scheduling

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction, reconstruction, or restoration industry experience
• Xactimate experience strongly preferred
• Residential and light commercial project experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project sequencing
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Experience working with insurance-related reconstruction projects is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
