Perform final audit and filing of maintenance documents.
Essential Functions:
• Receive and assign aircraft records packets from the FMU and/or applicable Class B Maintenance Stations for audit and verification of correct entry of required information into the PMI computer system. • Provide information needed from the aircraft files to management staff as requested. • Ensure monthly purging of file documents that exceed the required retention period.
Perform audit of each aircrafts records package and verify the correct entry of required information into the Purchasing Maintenance Inventory System (PMI).
File all aircraft records in appropriate files.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager Records.
