About the Opportunity:
As the Supervisor of the Records & Analytics Support Team, you will lead staff who advance the DA's Office data-driven approach through complex data entry and electronic record maintenance while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of criminal justice data. In this supervisory role, you will guide employees through complex administrative and case related processes, coordinate with cross‑agency partners, and serve as a primary point of contact for police records units throughout Washington County, the Portland Metropolitan Area, and key Circuit Court personnel.
The supervisor position is primarily responsible for the following duties and others, as assigned by the unit manager:

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree; AND five (5) years of progressively responsible legal administrative experience; AND one (1) year of supervision/lead work. OR
Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate; AND seven (7) years of progressively responsible legal administrative experience; AND one (1) year of supervision/lead work. OR
High school diploma; AND nine (9) years of progressively responsible legal administrative experience; AND one (1) year of supervision/lead work.

Must pass a background check.
Must obtain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Certification within 30 days of employment
