Records Clerk
LHH is seeking a Records Clerk for a confidential public sector organization in Oklahoma City, OK. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in data entry, records management, document imaging, administrative support, scanning, clerical support, file management, and office administration.
This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working with documents, maintaining accurate records, and supporting critical business operations. The selected candidate will assist with high-volume data entry, document digitization, records processing, and information research while ensuring accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and records processing activities.
Scan, index, digitize, and organize paper documents into electronic filing systems.
Maintain document integrity and ensure records are properly archived and stored.
Review records for completeness, accuracy, and inconsistencies.
Conduct research to locate, verify, and retrieve information from physical and electronic files.
Assist with records management, document retention, and filing projects.
Utilize document imaging and records management systems for document processing.
Support administrative and clerical functions across multiple departments.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive and regulated information.
Ensure data accuracy and quality control throughout all records management activities.
Operate office equipment including scanners, computers, and document imaging software.
Meet productivity and accuracy standards while managing multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in data entry, clerical support, administrative support, records management, document control, or office administration preferred.
Strong typing and keyboarding skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documents and data.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Experience using scanners, imaging systems, or digital filing platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Records management or document control experience.
Experience with document imaging software or electronic document management systems.
Familiarity with Laserfiche or similar digital records management platforms.
High-volume data entry experience.
Government, public sector, legal, healthcare, insurance, or financial records experience.
