Records Coordinator

How you'll make us better:

Welcomes new patients and obtains orthodontic records. Responsible for maintaining an on time patient workflow. Provides direction in terms of following schedule or seeing the next available patient.

Greets new patients and family membersFamiliarizes new patients and family with clinic layoutCaptures X-rays, photographs and scansRelays new patient information to treatment coordinator(s) and doctorsCoordinates clinical records requestsManages patient treatment flow and schedulingMaintains strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulationsPerforms after care communicationMay clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipmentMay cross train to support multiple roles within the clinic

Prerequisites for success:

High School Diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious dental clinical experience preferredBilingual a plus, but not required
