Summary:
The Records Management Clerk supports the Investment Services team during a system transition by organizing, verifying, and maintaining records. Ensures compliance, accuracy, and secure access to documents. Requires strong attention to detail and organization.
Job Duties:
- Maintain and organize physical/electronic records per policy and regulations
- Assist with filing, retrieval, and archiving
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive data
- Support audits and records reviews
- Collaborate to improve records processes
- Perform data entry and update systems

- Experience in records management or admin support a plus
- Strong organization and attention to detail
