The Indiana University (IU) School of Dentistry has been advancing oral health in the state and beyond since 1879, when it was founded as the Indiana Dental College. The mission of the Office of Education and Academic Affairs is to promote excellence in teaching and learning. Through collaboration with students, faculty, and staff, the office supports the delivery and evaluation of innovative academic and clinical programs.
Job Summary
The Records Services Supervisor position is a specialized role unique to the IU School of Dentistry. The recorder position handles class registration and more for all of the Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) students. This position oversees student records management and serves as the primary resource for processes related to class registration, enrollment, academic records, graduation tracking, and compliance with university and accreditation requirements.

Working Conditions / Demands
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.

Advertised Salary
$19.50 - 21.50 per hour based on experience and internal equity
