Job Summary

The Records Specialist II position in the Academic Records Team is responsible for but not limited to:

• Assisting with registration for online and offshore students • Assisting with electronic routing of forms • Processing change of major forms • Processing change of minor forms • Processing Graduate readmissions • Processing Online Withdrawals • Withdrawal • Corrections inactivating students • Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Minimum of three years of administrative office work experience
  3. Extensive computer knowledge
  4. Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  5. Strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree
  2. Work experience in a higher education environment
  3. Knowledge of Troy University student services procedures

Work Hours

Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
