What you will do:
In this position you will be responsible for receiving, reviewing and assigning all abuse reports received from the Florida Abuse Hotline. Additionally you will follow up with the appropriate supervisory personnel to ensure they are aware of pending investigations and sta assignments.
How you will make an impact:

This requires coordination with the Florida Abuse Hotline Information system (FAHIS), Child Information System (CIS) and Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN). • Review appropriate databases for the previous or open investigations and child family involvement with other family safety programs.• Provide clerical support for a multi-function Family Safety Unit.• Prepare intake case records for Child Protective Investigator for cases received over the Child
Abuse Hotline. *Case is then assigned in Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) and CPI is notied.
This same procedure is followed for any Outof- town Inquiry Request that is received.
