Location:
601 Old Oaks Ranch Road, Wimberley, TX 78676(Approx. 45–55 min from South Austin – and worth every mile.)
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour
Available Shifts (Full-Time): both 8 hour shifts/5 days weekly and 10 hour shifts/4 days weekly
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
What You’ll Do as a Recovery Advocate
You’ll be a grounding presence in a client’s early recovery experience. From maintaining structure to offering encouragement, you’ll ensure our environment is safe, supportive, and healing.
Your Role Includes:
Monitoring client behavior & documenting observations
Completing rounds every 30 minutes to ensure safety
Helping with admissions, discharges & transport
Encouraging recovery-focused behavior & redirecting when needed
Upholding respectful, professional boundaries while offering heartfelt support
