Recovery & Business Development Lead

Join a growing restoration organization dedicated to helping property owners recover after disasters. This hybrid role combines emergency response, relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners following fire, water, or other property losses.
• Provide compassionate support and coordinate emergency recovery services.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, contractors, and community partners.
• Generate new business through networking, outreach, cold calling, and in-person visits.
• Represent the company at community events and industry functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service from initial loss through recovery.

Qualifications:

• Experience in restoration, emergency response, business development, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with outside sales activities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
