RECOVERY COORDINATOR Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) Pay: $22.10 Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday OR Saturday-Tuesday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM The Edinburg Center is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to join our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. The Recovery Coordinator is responsible for delivering recovery-oriented, evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions to Persons Served as identified on their treatment plans under the supervision of clinical staff. This position maintains a caseload of Persons Served living in independent settings and works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support recovery, wellness, and community integration. What You Will Do:As a Recovery Coordinator, you will: • Establish and maintain therapeutic, supportive relationships with Persons Served • Assist Persons Served in identifying and achieving their recovery goals • Participate in assessments, treatment planning, and service delivery under clinical supervision • Utilize recovery-oriented, person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based practices • Support individuals in developing skills related to daily living, wellness, and independence • Assist with crisis prevention planning, safety planning, and wellness planning • Support Persons Served through care transitions and major life transitions • Teach and reinforce interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and self-management strategies • Assist with activities of daily living, including budgeting, shopping, cooking, housekeeping, hygiene, and laundry • Help individuals access community resources, social opportunities, transportation, benefits, and support services • Advocate for Persons Served regarding benefits, entitlements, and community resources • Assist with medication administration and monitoring as assigned • Provide transportation and accompany Persons Served to appointments and activities when appropriate • Collaborate with family members, providers, care coordination entities, and other supports as assigned • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation • Participate in daily team meetings, treatment planning meetings, supervision, and trainings Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree preferred • Minimum of one year of experience in the mental health field required • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required • Ability to obtain First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification within three months of hire • Ability to become proficient in Microsoft Outlook within three months of hire Preferred:• Two years of experience in the mental health field • Experience providing recovery-oriented services • Knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centered approaches Who We Are:For more than 40 years, The Edinburg Center has helped individuals move toward recovery, wellness, and independence through innovative behavioral health and human services programs.
