Recovery Court Clinical Supervisor - FT

Salary: $62,202 - $66,753As the Recovery Court Clinical Supervisor for Rutherford County, you provide senior-level oversight of clinical quality, compliance, and service consistency across recovery court programming. This onsite Supervisor role exists to ensure evidence-based practices are applied as designed, documentation is defensible, and treatment services drive outcomes for participants.Core responsibilities include evaluating, researching, and implementing evidence-based policies and procedures; reviewing reports and treatment documentation from staff; delivering ongoing consultation, training, and supervisory coaching; and leading quality assurance and continuous improvement for service coordination and community resource collaboration.
