What we’re looking for: DRP is hiring a full-time, fully licensed Therapist to join our Youth Recovery Housing team. In this role the Recovery House Therapist will provide expertise in handling professional casework. They will engage in intensive therapy to address complex social problems and develop personalized treatment plans for clients living in the recovery house seeking help with substance use. The Recovery House Therapist will work with the Recovery House clients, aged 18-24 to ensure that those served receive the care they deserve. Compensation Range: This position is supported through grant funding. As a result, compensation is determined by the grant budget and may fall within a designated pay rate or range set by that funding source. The starting pay range for this position is $70,000-$75,000 per year and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.
