Duration: 12+ Months, CTH

Top 3 Skills:

  1. Collections experience
  2. Client facing / inbound phone communications
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Ideal Candidate: Confident, coachable, organized, resilient, and able to take ownership.

Preferred Background: Banking or finance experience, call center experience, sales experience can also translate well.

Less-Aligned Backgrounds: Medical-industry experience alone has not translated as well; prioritize collections, banking, finance, or payment-recovery experience.
