Job Summary
As a Recovery Specialist, you'll work directly with consumers to resolve outstanding balances while representing our company with professionalism and integrity. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to help consumers resolve past-due accounts.
- Build rapport while communicating clearly, confidently, and professionally.
- Accurately document account activity with detailed, thorough notes.
- Meet established performance and compliance expectations.
- Apply coaching and feedback to continuously improve your performance.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Contribute to a positive, accountable, team-focused culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
