Job Summary

As a Recovery Specialist, you'll work directly with consumers to resolve outstanding balances while representing our company with professionalism and integrity. Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST
In-Office | Greenville, SC

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to help consumers resolve past-due accounts.
• Build rapport while communicating clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Accurately document account activity with detailed, thorough notes.
• Meet established performance and compliance expectations.
• Apply coaching and feedback to continuously improve your performance.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Contribute to a positive, accountable, team-focused culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• You'll spend most of your day speaking with consumers by phone.
• Every interaction must be documented accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous collections or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
