Help

• Issues tools, equipment and games to authorized customers. Receives returned items, inspecting for obvious damage and missing parts.
• Checks identification, collects fees when appropriate, and completes appropriate documentation.
• Provides facility and program information to patrons. Assists with simple repair and maintenance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• A one year probationary period may be required.

• This position is dual compensation exempt. All GS and NAF employees whether full time or part time are eligible to apply for this position.
• Must be willing to accept varying and/or rotating shifts to include weekdays, weekends, holidays and night duty.

Initial Cut-Off Date:

• Tuesday, April 21st, 2026 (Applications must be received by 11:59 PM EST). Applications received by the Initial Cut-Off Date will be reviewed and possibly referred to the Selecting Official PRIOR to the Closing Date of this Vacancy Announcement. Subsequent referrals to the Hiring Manager will occur every two weeks thereafter based on managements need to fill positions.

• The Area of Consideration for this vacancy announcement is local for US Citizens and Non-Citizens residing within a 75-mile radius of West Point, NY. (Military Spouse Preference (MSP) and Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP) eligible candidates are included in the area of consideration.)

Please note, that West Point has a restricted access policy and any person who chooses to personally deliver an application to the CPAC should bring along at least one photo identification and report to the West Point Visitor Center at least 30 minutes prior to attempting to visit the CPAC

PCS Costs

• Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Governments interest.

Allowances and Differentials

• This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
• Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
