Job Responsibilities
Plans, implements and conducts instructional activities in an efficient manner to ensure a high degree of on-task performance during planned recreational activities, prepares weekly schedules, and provides reports as required to the Director of Residential Life. Maintains attendance records of student participation and continuously supervises students during planned activities and instruction. Leads weekly instruction, presentations, character education, and educational field trips in the RLS program, to include assisting the Physical Education Instructor in the academic program.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Must posses a Bachelors Degree and relevant program experience working with children in a physical education and/or recreational setting with blind, deaf and/or sensory multidisabled student population. Must be able to obtain school bus CDL within 18 months of date of hire. This position may require communication modalities dependent upon employment placement.

If selected for an interview you must provide verification of your highest level of education (i.e,, copy of BA Degree, high school diploma, college transcripts) and if applicable, licensure and/or certification (i.e., nursing licensure, teacher licensure, bus driving certification)
