Qualifications
High school diploma required
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's degree program in parks and recreation, hospitality management, sports management, or a related discipline
Minimum 3.0 GPA, with upperclassman status preferred, particularly for students seeking to fulfill experiential educational requirements during their junior or senior year
Previous recreation and customer service experience preferred
Commitment to completing a consecutive 12-week internship, as required by the intern rotation
Continuous authorization to work in the U.S. for the duration of the internship
Ability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining the energy, physical stamina, and composure required in an active, guest-facing environment
Ability to stand for up to eight hours at a time and remain effective in high-pressure situations
Fluency in English required
