Minimum Requirements for Application
This is a public contact position. The City highly encourages all bilingual candidates to apply! Some positions may require bilingual skills in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin. Education and Experience
Education: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade Experience: One (1) year of experience participating in a wide variety of recreation activities in sports, arts and crafts, and/or other organized activities or one (1) year as a Recreation Aide with the City of Oakland.

This is an at-will position, exempt from the provisions of the City of Oakland Civil Service Rules, per Charter Section 902.
