As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Recreation Manager is to provide effective leadership and coordination of the Recreation Attendants and Pool Attendants, ensuring the overall operation of the recreation department runs smoothly. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction. A crucial part of this role is creating new, unique, and interesting recreational activities that enhance the guests stay and create lasting memories. Actively seek feedback from guests, and proactively identify and address potential problems before they escalate, ensuring guest concerns are resolved by embodying the highest standards of hospitality.
