Recreation/Pool Attendant (Seasonal)

Dates: Now through Columbus Day. 

Shifts: AM/PM/Weekend

What we are looking for:

Someone who has a desire to help others by providing exceptional customer service to our guests and takes pride in your work. We also want you to enjoy being part of a team with other hardworking, down-to-earth professionals.

What you will do:

• Exceptional customer service to the guests of the Hotel
• Welcome guests to pool area, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to their requests
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
• Complete sanitation procedure for all seating in between guests and assist in arranging seating areas in compliance with social distancing
• Maintain complete knowledge at all times of hotel features/services, hours of operation and recreation pricing.
• Socialize and interact with guests whenever possible
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

What we require of you:

• High energy, exceptional customer service and ability to work as a team
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to read instructions on a computer app.
• Commitment to work 40 hours per week
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to repetitively stand, walk, bend, kneel, and ascend and descend stairs and lift over 50 pounds
• Ability to swim
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
