Job SummaryWe are seeking an outgoing and energetic
Girls Recreational/Preschool Coach to join our team! Following our curriculum, you will lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with administration. If you have a girls gymnastics background and want to make a real difference in the lives of children, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities - Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, skill development, and drills.
- Lead structured practices
- Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement
- Communicate with parents/guardians
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Assist with some administrative matters relating to the girl's recreational program
- Attend weekly curriculum trainings
Qualifications- Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred
- Comfortable with speaking to and educating parents
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required
- First aid and CPR-certified
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
