We're looking for a recruiter who enjoys sourcing talent, communicating with candidates, and continuously improving the hiring process. You'll manage recruitment from sourcing through shortlisting while working with AI-assisted evaluation tools that remove much of the repetitive administrative work.

This is a hands-on recruitment role where quality matters more than volume.

Critical requirements: 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment Proven experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously Excellent written and spoken English proficiency Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with candidates and hiring managers Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment Important requirements: Experience building and maintaining robust talent pipelines Strong candidate screening and behavioral interview skills Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Ability to evaluate candidates against structured requirements rather than relying on keyword matching Strong organizational and time-management skills Analytical mindset with high attention to detail Experience using recruitment metrics to drive performance improvements Nice to have: Experience recruiting internationally or across diverse industries Familiarity with AI-assisted recruitment tools Experience with market research and talent mapping Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing company environment Genuine interest in improving hiring outcomes through technology and automation
