Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Recruiter. This role focuses on sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring processes for a growing U.S.-based organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is people-oriented, organized, and interested in building a career in recruiting or talent acquisition. No prior recruiting experience is required—training will be provided.
The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams to support the full hiring lifecycle.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or people operations.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job boards, databases, and outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems
- Post job openings and manage applicant pipelines
- Assist with offer coordination and onboarding handoff
- Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress
- Build relationships with candidates and talent pools
- Support employer branding and recruiting campaigns
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior recruiting experience required (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and conducting interviews
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, ATS systems)
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates
- Positive, professional, and people-focused mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong interest in recruiting or HR
