    Job Description

    As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle within a region compromised of multiple locations and states. You will assist Company leadership in locating, hiring, and retaining quality talent for positions within the Company’s service centers. To thrive in this highly visible position, effective communication, relationship building, and organizational skills are necessary. Your work will directly benefit the Company, our employees, the candidates, the economy our service contributes to, and the communities we support.

    Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and submit applicants to managers. Manage talent pools, coordinate face to interviews, disposition candidates, and partner with the hiring managers to facilitate and guide the hiring process. Work closely with hiring managers through regular conference calls to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs for open positions. Grow and foster high-touch relationships with qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions become available. Continuously partner with Service Center Managers, Regional Human Resources Managers, and Human Resources leadership to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies. Analyze various reports and metrics on a regular basis to gain insight as it relates to applicants and applicant traffic. Effectively utilize job postings/ads, networking, job fairs, college visits, and other means to attract potential job applicants. Coordinate recruiting initiatives to develop strategies for enhancing Company diversity. Stay current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent. Partner with Human Resources Specialists and the Marketing Supervisor as needed for advertising campaigns. Serve as a knowledge and training resource for hiring managers. Analyze feedback from new hire onboarding/exit surveys to evaluate and streamline processes as needed.

    For this role, we prefer you have previous recruiting experience as well as previous experience utilizing a Human Capital Management (HCM) System and/or Applicant Tracking System (ATS). A High School diploma or GED is required. We prefer you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification, or related certification, is also preferred.
