Job Summary

Join Yoh Services LLC, a leader in talent acquisition and staffing solutions, in the role of Recruiter 1, RPO within our Enterprise Solutions Business Unit. This position offers a unique opportunity to build foundational recruiting expertise under the guidance of experienced account managers and senior recruiters. The Recruiter 1 will actively develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for immediate placement as well as build a robust talent pipeline for future organizational needs. Through continuous learning and skill development, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of Yohs recruitment processes, client requirements, and industry best practices. This role is designed to support both personal growth and contribute meaningfully to the success and service excellence of the GE Power division within RPO Operations.

The position is remote-based in South Carolina and encourages a collaborative approach to meeting both individual and team performance goals. As you progress, you will refine your sourcing capabilities, candidate screening methods, and relationship management skills, positioning yourself for advancement within Yohs dynamic recruitment organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including crafting effective search criteria, utilizing diverse sourcing platforms, conducting rigorous candidate assessments, facilitating interview coordination, and managing offer negotiations with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, client requirements, and compliance guidelines while ensuring timely and quality service delivery to meet client expectations.
• Develop and nurture ongoing professional relationships with industry contacts to enhance market insights, garner referrals, and maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates aligned with client needs and market dynamics.
• Maintain engagement with placed candidates to provide ongoing support, gather feedback, and resolve any issues, fostering long-term candidate satisfaction and retention.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, recruitment best practices, and client culture to refine candidate screening tactics and enhance placement success rates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting team members to share insights, contribute to process improvements, and support collective business objectives within the GE Power and RPO Operations environment.

• Highly effective written and verbal communication abilities to articulate job requirements, candidate qualifications, and recruitment processes clearly and persuasively.
• Capacity to assimilate and apply comprehensive training program content to real-world recruiting scenarios, demonstrating adaptability and continuous learning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and understand various staffing industry sectors and client business needs to tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable navigating ATS and other recruitment technology platforms to optimize sourcing and data management efforts.
• Organizational aptitude to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Motivation to proactively seek feedback and development opportunities to enhance professional recruitment skills and contribute positively to team performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arts, Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Entry-level to two years of prior recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment profession, with a willingness to engage fully in training and development programs offered by Yoh.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with various digital communication and collaboration tools, supporting remote work dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively to meet performance metrics.

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $61,200 - $91,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
