RECRUITER | AUSTIN, TX | $35–$38/HOUR

Reliance One is hiring an experienced Recruiter for one of our clients in Austin, Texas.

This is a high-volume, full life cycle recruiting opportunity for someone who knows how to take ownership of their desk. From the initial hiring manager conversation through offer acceptance, you'll manage the recruiting process while building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring leaders.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Location: Austin, TX

Employment: Contract Opportunity

Pay: $35–$38/hour

Schedule: Hybrid – Tuesday through Thursday on-site; Monday and Friday remote

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with some flexibility

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for engineering and manufacturing-related positions

• Conduct hiring manager intake calls and develop an understanding of position requirements

• Post and independently manage requisitions

• Review resumes, proactively source talent, and conduct candidate phone screens

• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process

• Partner with recruiting coordinators to schedule and facilitate interviews

• Work directly with hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process

• Utilize available recruiting technology and AI-enabled interview tools

• Facilitate offer discussions, extensions, and negotiations

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting partners

• Manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Approximately 3–5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience

• Staffing agency and/or high-volume recruiting experience

• Experience independently managing requisitions from intake through offer acceptance

• Strong hiring manager partnership experience

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a changing environment

• Strong organization, communication, initiative, and professional judgment

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; relevant additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

ADDED BONUS

• Workday experience strongly preferred

• LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing experience

• Automotive recruiting experience

• Engineering or manufacturing recruiting experience

WHO WILL DO WELL IN THIS ROLE?

A recruiter who is comfortable taking ownership. You'll need to be able to move between hiring manager conversations, sourcing, candidate screens, interviews, offers, and changing priorities without losing momentum or candidate engagement.
