The Recruiter 2 is responsible for the full-life cycle recruitment process, including the development and execution of talent attraction, sourcing, assessment, selection, and talent acquisition strategies for high quality candidates. This applies to external and/or internal candidates for all entry to mid-level positions such as: sales, experienced professional/technical, IT, support staff, hourly, and supervisory or management. The Recruiter will also need to know how and when to leverage the services of employment agencies, and ad placement with appropriate online, Internet and print media sources. They may also be involved with recruitment from colleges, technical schools and job fairs as needed.
Position Responsibilities may include:
Nature & Scope: Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Performs a range of mainly straightforward assignments. Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but not typically complex.
Knowledge & Skills: Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of functions and levels in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels and influence hiring decisions through data, insight, and credibility. Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search methods. Solid understanding of employment laws, compliance regulations, and recruiting ethics. Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence and business acumen. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous process improvement. Ability to manage multiple priorities with agility and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment. Ability to act as a change agent within Talent Acquisition.
Experience: 4-8 years of progressive experience in full cycle recruiting for non-technical and technical jobs. Education/Certification: Bachelors' Degree in Business or Human Resources or 4+ years of related corporate or agency recruiting experience. People Management: No. Physical Requirements / Work Environment: Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. May work various schedules and days to accommodate recruiting efforts. Reports To: Manager, Talent Acquisition.
