Job Summary: 

This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on hiring entry-level talent for fulfillment centers. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a positive experience for all candidates. The position requires managing a consistent flow of qualified applicants through various sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive recruitment and pipeline development efforts.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and secure suitable candidates.
• Prioritize and manage a high volume of recruitment activities.
• Implement improvements to the recruitment process.
• Track and report on hiring cycle metrics and performance.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Demonstrated ability in high-volume staffing.
• Exceptional candidate relationship management.

Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in working with an ATS.
• Strong project management and agency management skills.
• Outstanding networking and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
• The ability to independently manage multiple competing demands and to constantly re-prioritize.
• A high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Savvy with the latest tech and tools

Industry Experience:

• Experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly within logistics or fulfillment environments, is preferred.
